We’re expanding to bring you more of what you love - more stores, more services, more places to connect and enjoy your local Centre.
With completion anticipated in late 2028, the expansion is now underway and will include:
👨👩👧👦 A new family-friendly community club featuring multiple children’s play areas, indoor and alfresco dining, sports bar and large outdoor piazza
đź›’ A second full-line supermarket with drive-thru Click & Collect facilities
🛍️ 17+ new specialty retailers
đźš— 475 additional car parks
Improved Access & Connectivity
The expansion will also deliver improved access to and around Holmview Central, including:
🚦 A new signalised intersection further along Logan River Road, providing an additional entry and exit to the Centre
🛣️ A brand-new rear ring road behind the new and existing Centre, connecting Logan River Road and Gardiner Road, supporting improved traffic flow and access around Holmview Central
