Promotor: 

This competition is conducted by Holmview Central Shopping Centre Pty Ltd (ABN: 54 159 638 426) of 302 – 318 Logan River Road, Waterford QLD 4133 (Promoter).

Competition Period: 

The competition will run from Monday 22 June 2026 – Sunday 28 June 2026 (Competition Period).

Eligibility: 

Entry is open to all Holmview Central customers and surrounding residents aged 18 years and over.

To be eligible, participants must:

• Spend $5 or more in a single transaction at any Holmview Central retailer. 

• Scan the valid QR code displayed on in-store promotional material; and 

• Complete the entry form, including required contact details.

Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members may enter the competition but are not eligible to win a prize.

Prize/Prize Details:

Each eligible entry will be entered in the draw to win one (1) of twelve (12) gift vouchers valued at AUD $250.

Prizes include:

• 4 x $250 TopGolf vouchers.

• 4 x $250 Outback Spectacular vouchers.

• 4 x $250 Area 51 Playground vouchers.

Twelve (12) winners will be selected.

Each winner will receive one (1) prize only.

The total prize pool: AUD $3,000

The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

The prizes must be accepted as awarded, and no substitutions will be offered.

Use of the vouchers is subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions, including any expiry dates or usage restrictions.

The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, theft, or misuse of the prize once it has been issued.

Entry Mechanics:

To enter, participants must complete the following steps during the Competition Period:

• Spend $5 or more in a single transaction at any Holmview Central retailer.

• Scan the QR Code displayed on in-store promotional material.

• Complete and submit the entry form, including required contact details.

Each valid transaction permits one (1) entry. 

Multiple entries are permitted, subject to separate qualifying transactions.

Entry Requirements: 

Entries must be complete, accurate, and submitted during the Competition Period.

Incomplete, ineligible, or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of the entries and disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Winner Selection:

The winners will be determined by random electronic draw.

The draw will take place on Monday 29 June 2026.

The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prize Availability/Redemption:

The winners will be notified via the email address provided within two (2) business days of the draw.

If a winner cannot be contacted, is deemed ineligible, or does not claim their prize within five (5) business days, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

The prize will be delivered electronically via email as a secure link, subject to verification of the winner’s identity.

General Conditions:

Holmview Central Shopping Centre is located at 302 – 318 Logan River Road, Waterford QLD 4133.

Participation in the competition is at the participant’s own risk.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with participation, except where liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries, purchases, and participant eligibility at any time and to disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent, misleading, or inappropriate conduct.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise, including but not limited to technical issues, system failures, supply issues, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

The Promoter is not responsible for technical issues, lost or delayed entries, or any other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the prize whether lost, stolen, or damaged once distributed.

All decisions made by the Promoter regarding eligibility, entries, winner selection, prize allocation, and conduct are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Personal information may be collected as part of entering this competition for purposes including administering entries, verifying eligibility, conducting the draw, and communicating with winners.

Where personal information is provided, it must be accurate and complete.
