Holmview Central - Our Expansion!

We’re expanding to bring you more of what you love - more stores, more services, more places to connect and enjoy your local Centre.
With completion anticipated in late 2028, the expansion is now underway and will include:
A new family-friendly community club featuring multiple children’s play areas, indoor and alfresco dining, sports bar and large outdoor piazza
A second full-line supermarket with drive-thru Click & Collect facilities
17+ n, ew specialty retailers
475 additional car parks
Improved Access & Connectivity
The expansion will also deliver improved access to and around Holmview Central, including:
A new signalised intersection further along Logan River Road, providing an additional entry and exit to the Centre
A brand-new rear ring road behind the new and existing Centre, connecting Logan River Road and Gardiner Road, supporting improved traffic flow and access around Holmview Central
Leasing Opportunities
We’re currently looking for businesses to join the Holmview Central family, with opportunities suited to a range of retailers and services, particularly convenience-based services such as allied health, beauty, restaurants and other fresh food operators.
